To put on weigh, the recipe is infallible: fast and diet. However if you want to loose weight, have 4 meal a day! Contradictory? No, it is a question of common sense and balance.
Adopting a food habit without frustration and will be in good health and happy of your body shape. You may know the maxim: Have breakfast like a king, lunch as a Prince and have a diner of a poor.
Then, the other ‘secrets of the Gods’, we do not slim down without regular exercise, do exercise every day 30 minutes (walking, jogging, yoga, and swimming, dancing…), take every occasion to move.
The result: a tonic body, happy mind and robust heart.
